Encore Estate Management, Building Manager & Security Team
Encore Estate Management runs the day to day management of the Estate. They are supported by our on-site Building Manager and Security Team. If you are unsure who to contact with your specific query or complaint, click here for further assistance. You can call, email or visit our Building Manager in the Management Office.
With 223 Leaseholders and a number of properties sublet to Tenants, we cannot stress how important it is that issues are communicated via the correct channels noted. All reported matters are logged and the team can then prioritise accordingly, identify recurrent issues and pre-empt and manage those that may present elsewhere on the estate. Our team is best placed to serve you.
Issues that affect the wider Bickenhall Community are communicated to all via
Newsletters from our Building Manager and Encore Estate Management which will update you on a number of relevant matters. These are typically every couple of months but can be more frequently as necessary.

Legal & Regulatory Notices such as Section 20 Notices, Service Charge Correspondence and information on the AGM.

Board of Directors
The Board operates strategically, with long-term aims and objectives to ensure that Bickenhall Mansions remains a desirable and welcoming place to live. We have been appointed to make decisions that best serve the interests of the majority of leaseholders. Essential interim updates from the Board will be communicated in writing.
The Board also meets weekly or fortnightly as required with Encore, our Building Manager and Security Team to maintain an overview and understanding of the operational issues affecting you. This underlines why it is important that any operational issues you have are communicated to them in the first instance as it will feed back into our overall strategy.
If you are interested in becoming a Director of Bickenhall Mansions, why not get in touch and join one of our subcommittees to start with. We are not short on ideas of what we would like to achieve here at Bickenhall Mansions but we are short on volunteers with time to commit to help execute them.
