If you have the time, you are invited to help on one of our sub-committees or apply to become a board member. Board members receive no payment or other tangible benefits other than the satisfaction of improving Bickenhall Mansions.

Potential new directors are asked to join sub committees prior to them being invited to the boards .

All directors are required to annually sign our code of conduct.

Bickenhall Mansions Management Limited (BMML) purpose is to maintain and manage the Estate on behalf of the ‘Landlord’ (BFL). BMML scope is wide ranging and they employ Encore Estate Management to aid with running of the day to day management of the Estate.

The AGM is held in November in each year. In advance of the AGM, all leaseholders will receive written details confirming AGM arrangements, voting and meeting protocols.
